An Air India flight from Colombo to Chennai with 158 passengers on board suffered a bird hit during landing on Monday. All passengers were safe, but the return flight to Colombo was cancelled after a detailed inspection. An alternate aircraft later flew 137 passengers back. The incident follows another Air India technical issue reported on October 4.
