At least 51 people have lost their lives, and around 22 are missing as heavy rain continues to lash parts of Himachal Pradesh, along with landslides and flash floods, according to latest official data. "Mandi district has reported the highest death toll with 10 deaths, primarily due to flash floods and cloudburst," the government said.
