Two prison police constables have been arrested for allegedly gang-raping a differently-abled woman during their duty break at around midnight in Assam's Sribhumi, police said on Saturday. "The incident was first reported around 1:30 AM by security personnel at the district jail," ASP Pranab Jyoti Kalita said. The victim's medical examination was done, and police have started their investigation.
