A 30-year-old man allegedly consumed poison at a police station in Maharashtra's Nagpur after his live-in partner ended their relationship over his alcohol addiction and returned to her home, as per police. Police had called the man for questioning after he assaulted his partner's mother when she resisted as he tried to convince his partner to return, an official said.
