A real estate agent in UK named Nicholas Walker was awarded ₹25.6 lakh after he sued his employer Robsons for unfair constructive dismissal. Walker had resigned after complaining of getting a "low status" desk in middle and not at back, which didn't reflect his seniority. His manager said he couldn't believe "a f*****g 53-year-old man" was making fuss about desk.
