BJP leader NV Subhash reacted after the Centre approved a memorial for Congress leader and former President Pranab Mukherjee at Delhi's Rajghat. "This is a slap on the face of the Congress party and they have to answer now," Subhash said. "Congress has consistently ignored its leaders who have sacrificed their entire lives for the party's benefit," he added.
