Bini Muduli has become the first from the Bonda community, which is considered a particularly vulnerable tribal group, to clear the civil services exam in Odisha. The 24-year-old said that her parents couldn't afford coaching so she watched "YouTube videos and other online study material" for her preparation. She had to go to a nearby town for internet access.
