More than 30,000 people have been ordered to evacuate due to a wildfire in US' Los Angeles, with over 13,000 buildings and 10,000 houses still at risk, LA Fire Chief Kristin Crowley said. LA City Council President Marqueece Harris-Dawson announced that the city declared a state of emergency over the fire. More than 250 firefighters have reportedly been deployed.
