A doctor, Dr Suresh Chandra, was transferred after he was caught on camera forcing a five-year-old boy to smoke a cigarette in UP's Jalaun. The child was brought to him to treat his cold. The clip purportedly shows the doctor telling the boy, "Andar kheecho yaar, aise dekho hum bata rahe hai [Inhale the smoke, let me show you]."
