The NMMC has begun a campaign to clear Navi Mumbai of abandoned vehicles and unauthorized vendors. Abandoned vehicles will be towed and taken to designated dumping yards. The move comes in response to the increasing number of vehicles left unattended on roads and the rising presence of illegal vendors encroaching on footpaths.
