Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Saturday said the "time has come" for the creation of the "armed forces of Europe" amid the country's war with Russia. "Many leaders have talked about Europe needing its own army," he added. Zelenskyy further stated Europe cannot rule out the possibility that the US "might say no to Europe on issues that threaten it".
