An Army officer and his fiancée have accused Odisha Police of custodial assault and claimed they were mistreated while reporting an attack on them by a group of miscreants. The couple alleged that police refused to act immediately and insisted they first file a written complaint. The woman was reportedly stripped, molested and physically assaulted by a female police officer.
