The Delhi government is set to launch a digital service that will allow residents to apply for documents like birth and caste certificates via WhatsApp, officials said. Nearly 50 services will be accessible through a bilingual chatbot in Hindi and English. The system will reportedly allow users to apply for services, upload documents, make payments and receive real-time status updates.
