Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, speaking at special press briefing on alleged voter deletions on Thursday, cited an example to question the process. He said, "A voter named Nagaraj filed two application forms and submitted them in 36 seconds. How is that humanly possible?" He added, "I ask the youth of India to try doing this in such a short time."
