Indore administration has issued an arrest order under NSA against Congress councillor Anwar Qadri, absconding after being accused of masterminding a conspiracy to convert Hindu women. The incident came to light after police arrested Sahil Sheikh and Altaf Shah, who allegedly told police that Anwar gave them ₹3 lakh to trap and marry Hindu girls and convert them to Islam.
