BJP has refused to bear expenses, estimated to be ₹25 lakh, for funeral of ex-Gujarat CM Vijay Rupani who passed away in Air India crash on June 12, as per reports. Rupani's family had no idea until traders, who supplied funeral materials, demanded payment from them. Notably, Rupani's funeral was held with guard of honour in Rajkot on June 16.
