A CCTV footage showing the moment an under-construction building collapsed in Bengaluru, trapping around 20 workers under the rubble has surfaced online. At least one person died in the building collapse, according to police. D Devaraja, DCP (East) Bengaluru, said, "14 people were rescued and 5 are still missing."
