Ashwini Bhide, Managing Director of Mumbai Metro Rail Corp and principal secretary to Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis, is credited with having notable role in completion of Mumbai Metro Line 3, also known as 'Aqua Line'. She is a 1995-batch IAS officer and completed her education from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Ashwini also holds a masters degree in business administration.
