International Crimes Tribunal- Bangladesh (ICT-BD), which gave death penalty to ousted Bangladesh PM Sheikh Hasina, allows the convicted persons to appeal against their verdict. However, since Hasina was sentenced in absentia after being declared a fugitive, she's unlikely to be allowed to appeal. As per Bangladeshi lawyers, Hasina cannot file an appeal against guilty orders "while on the run".
