AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal said he has written to PM Narendra Modi proposing a joint housing scheme for government employees, particularly sanitation workers, in Delhi. Kejriwal stated he has urged PM Modi to provide land to Delhi government at "highly subsidised" rates to build houses for the employees, who can pay easy instalments during last phase of their service periods.
