Suraj Yadav, who worked as Swiggy delivery boy and Rapido rider to fund his studies, has cleared Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) exam and become a Deputy Collector in Jharkhand's Giridih. Suraj, whose father works as labourer, didn't have a bike for work. However, he bought a second-hand bike after two of his friends helped him with their scholarship's money.
