Delhi Police recently busted a fake ENO manufacturing factory and seized over 91,000 sachets. While original products have clean, shiny packaging, fake ones mostly have blurred/faint print. One can also check the formulas of original products on official websites. The fake ones usually differ as they mostly use substandard ingredients. These fake products are also sold at cheaper prices.
