A Hindu leader was abducted and beaten to death in Bangladesh's Dinajpur on Friday, local police and his family members said. The victim, identified as Bhabesh Chandra, was the vice-president of Bangladesh Puja Udjapan Parishad's Biral upazila unit. Bhabesh was allegedly abducted by four bike-borne assailants from his home and his body was later sent back, reports said.
