Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde said that Shive Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray has turned his back on Hindutva and Balasaheb Thackeray's ideals by opposing the Waqf (Amendment) Bill, 2025 in Parliament. "Uddhav's stance has not only exposed his ideological confusion but also cast a shadow over his political future," Shinde added. Notably, the bill has been cleared by the Parliament.
