Delhi Police has cited Instagram posts "glorifying" encountered Naxalite leader Madvi Hidma, to oppose bail pleas of college students who were arrested during a protest in Delhi, against rising air pollution. Another post praise Marxism and Maoism, the police said. Twenty-three protesters- most linked with DU's Bhagat Singh Chhatra Ekta Manch and Himkhand- were arrested.
