A case has been filed against National Film Award-winning director Ranjith Balakrishnan for allegedly sexually assaulting a man. The case was initially filed in Kerala, however, it was transferred to Karnataka's Bengaluru as the complainant claimed the incident occurred at a hotel in the city. "He offered me alcohol and sexually assaulted me," the complainant had alleged.
