A SpiceJet flight from Dubai to Pune landed without the luggage of its 140 passengers, creating frustration due to a lack of airline assistance. According to Boudhayan Sarbajna, SpiceJet provided "absolutely pathetic service" and showed negligence by not loading luggage at the Dubai airport. SpiceJet stated that extra fuel requirements due to bad weather led to some baggage being offloaded.
