Actor Sanjay Mishra has purchased a sea-facing ₹4.75 crore apartment on the 15th floor of the Raheja Exotica Cyprus building at Madh Island. With this, he becomes neighbour to singer Jubin Nautiyal, who purchased a flat on the 34th floor of the same building in 2024. Vikrant Massey, Archana Puran Singh and Pankaj Tripathi also own homes in the area.
