China has expressed shock after at least 12 people were killed and several got injured in an explosion near Red Fort in Delhi on Monday. Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lin Jian extended sincere sympathies to the families of the deceased and wished the injured a speedy recovery. Earlier, PM Narendra Modi said that conspirators behind the attack won't be spared.
