Shah Rukh Khan launched a Dubai-based property named after him at an event in Mumbai and said, "If my mother were alive, she'd be very happy." The tower named Shahrukhz Danube costs about ₹4,000 crore and is expected to be ready by 2029. "It’s also very affordable," he said. The price of one unit would reportedly start at ₹4.2 crore.
