The multi-storeyed pay-and-park facility in Belapur, inaugurated in October 2024, has been shut down by the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) following a default by the appointed contractor, M/s Chinmay Enterprises. The civic body has since initiated the process to float a fresh tender to reassign operations of the facility.
