PM Narendra Modi listed three 'sutras (rules) that India decided following Pahalgam terror attack and Operation Sindoor. "First, India will respond in its own way, on its own conditions and in its own time if there's another attack. Second, India won't tolerate any nuclear blackmail," he said.
