Venezuela has the worst law and order in the world, as per World Justice Project's Rule of Law Index. The South American country is followed by Cambodia, Afghanistan, Haiti, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Egypt, Sudan and Cameroon. According to the index, effective rule of law reduces corruption, combats poverty and disease, and protects people from injustices.
