Amazon Founder Jeff Bezos and his wife Lauren Sánchez have donated $102.5 million in grants to 32 nonprofits across the US through the Bezos Day 1 Families Fund. Founded in 2018, the fund donates to organisations working to combat homelessness. Recalling meeting families benefiting from the fund, Lauren said, "It brought tears to my eyes."
