An employee of EY in South Africa, Naseera Kazi, commented on 26-year-old Anna Sebastian Perayil's death and said that hotline numbers that are meant for employees to report harassment and bullying don't serve the purpose. "This hotline is...used to identify employees who EY believes should be silenced," Kazi said. EY India head Rajiv Memani urged employees to use the hotline.
