The Taurid meteor showers - Southern and Northern - are set to illuminate the skies in November with bright fireballs. The Southern Taurids, active since September 20, will peak on November 4-5, while the Northern Taurids will become the most visible on November 11-12. Originating from debris shed by comet 2P/Encke, these meteors can even outshine Venus.
