US President Donald Trump has signed an executive order freezing financial aid to South Africa, after threatening to do so earlier this week. Trump cited a law in South Africa that he alleges allows land to be seized from White farmers as the reason for his move. Trump added that US would "promote resettlement of Afrikaner refugees escaping government-sponsored racism".
