Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has expressed grief over the deaths of at least eight people who were killed in the blast near the Red Fort. "The news of the car explosion...is extremely heartbreaking and concerning," said Gandhi. "The report of the deaths of several innocent people in this tragic incident is profoundly sorrowful," he added.
