Ukraine has signed a letter of intent for a major defence agreement with France, under which it will receive up to 100 Rafale F4 fighter jets. The letter of intent was signed by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and French President Emmanuel Macron. "It will be the greatest air defence, one of the greatest in the world," Zelenskyy said.
