The Enforcement Directorate on Thursday arrested Jaypee Infratech MD Manoj Gaur in a cheating case involving homebuyers, officials said. The businessman was taken into custody under the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), the officials added. According to sources, the arrest was linked to alleged ₹12,000-crore money laundering and fraud case.
