The lawyer representing Sandeep Kaur, whose husband died after a BMW hit their bike in Delhi, said BMW driver Gaganpreet filed a false injury report and also got herself admitted to ICU to mislead probe. "She was driving at such a speed that the BMW turned turtle," the lawyer said. Sandeep Kaur was also injured in the accident.
