A balloon with "Pakistan" written on it was recovered from the Ranjan area of Jammu on Saturday. The balloon was coloured like the Pakistani flag - green and white. The spot where it was found lies around three kilometres inside Indo-Pakistan International Border. A police team, along with Army personnel, reached the site, seized the balloon. Further investigation is underway.
