The Competition Commission of India (CCI) said Apple is trying to stall an antitrust probe by challenging a law that allows penalties to be calculated on global turnover. Apple moved Delhi High Court in the matter last month, saying it could face up to $38 billion fine in India. The court has now sought responses from the government and CCI.
