A vegetable vendor Vikas Yadav and 47-year-old motorcyclist Subhash Dulgach died in separate accidents in Tilak Nagar and Deonar. The van driver fled after hitting Vikas, while dumper driver Govinda Chavan surrendered to Tilak Nagar police after hitting Subhash Dulgach. Vikas and his father were returning from APMC market in Vashi when their auto collided with van.
