Baba Ramdev's Patanjali Foods has recalled 4,000 kg of red chilli powder sold in 200 g packs as it did not conform to the maximum permitted limit of pesticide residue. The FSSAI sets Maximum Residue Limits for pesticide residue for various food items including red chilli powder. Patanjali is asking customers to return the product to the place of purchase.
