A case was registered against a pet groomer in MP's Bhopal after she mistakenly cut a dog's tongue while trimming its hair. The incident took place on September 20 when the complainant took her 1.5-year-old dog to a pet salon. The woman's husband allegedly threatened the dog owner after the incident. The woman is currently on the run.
