ASP and Dushyant Chautala's JJP released their manifesto named 'Janseva Patra' for Haryana polls. They promised ₹11,000/month allowance for unemployed youths, government jobs for 1 lakh women and ₹25,000/acre compensation for crop damage. Further, they vowed to build IIT in Jind, buy crops at MSP and increase old-age pension to ₹5,100. They promised ₹1-lakh aid to youths for competitive exams.
