Maharashtra Transport Minister Pratap Sarnaik caught a Rapido bike taxi operating illegally by booking through the app in Mumbai. In a video, Sarnaik could be seen talking with the driver and explaining that the government's decision was meant to benefit them. He also gave the driver ₹500 for coming to pick him up, saying it was not his fault.
