Rohit Arya, who held 17 children hostage in Mumbai before being killed in police operation, allegedly held grudge over unpaid ₹2 crore that he claimed government promised for taking his idea 'Mazhi Shala, Sundar Shala'. According to Arya, the concept for the government scheme was taken from his film 'Let's Change'. Education Secretary Ranjit Singh Deol has dismissed Arya's claims.
