Meta will rate its employees' performance based on their AI-driven impact from 2026 onwards by making it a "core expectation", Business Insider reported, citing an internal memo. "We'll reward those who made exceptional AI-driven impact, either in their own work or by improving their team's performance," the tech giant's Head of People Janelle Gale said in the memo.
